Soak rice (1 cup/100gr per person) in salt and water

for at least 45 minutes.

• Add rice to the boiling water (1 cup of rice and 4 cups of water) and wait for 6 to 9 minutes.
• Rines & drain the rice, and add 2 to 3 spoons of oil to the pan and then add rice.

* Cover the lid, and let it simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
