1. Shipping Charges:
• Free shipping for orders over $80.
• For orders below $80, shipping charges will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Time:
• Orders placed before noon (3:00 PM) will be delivered the same day, either in the afternoon or evening.
• Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next business day.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cart Mart. If, for any reason, you are not, please review our return policy below:

1. Return Window:
• You have 3 days from the date you received your purchased item to return it.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
• You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if the item is damaged during shipping, not in good condition, or has any other issues..
• For returns due to a change of mind, mistaken purchases, or items no longer needed, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided the product is in excellent condition.
3. Process for Returns:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@cartmart.ca with your ORDER NUMBER and the word RETURN in the subject line. Make sure to let us know the reason for your return in your email for faster processing time. 
• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send you a new item, based on your preference. Please allow up to 3 business days for the whole process. 
5. Return Shipping Fees:
• For items returned for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
